Going Solo, Kind Of!

“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.” — Lao Tzu
Dear Ask readers,
I wanted you to be the first to know, (other than Tim Aten, the best “web guy” guru ever!) Askinyourface.com will be moving this week, into a brand new and much smaller home. It’s time, and this is exactly where I am supposed to be.
Less rooms, smaller spaces, less clutter, less to take care of (not so bad, right?). No worries, we, (I guess that pretty much means my new blog) aren’t going far, just up the road. The address, of course will change, to http://allison-kaplan.com/ The daily flow of articles will slow down and the content focus will narrow as well. This move will give me the time and energy I need to pursue other interests, while still being able to write and share meaningful content with you.
2500 articles and stories (wow!) from the past 6 years will continue to be easily available to you. If you click on the tab ASK Archives – it will all be there. Thank you, Tim.
From time to time, you will also hear from some of your favorite ASK writers, sounding off on the topics that interest and inspire you most. Please, don’t be shy. If there is something you want to know about or voices you are missing terribly, please let me know.
I will be forever grateful for your spirited support and generous hearts; as you have been a profound source of strength and encouragement for me since landing on the internet in 2008 at Askinyourface.com. All that I have experienced and learned, the wonderful people I have met and the friends I have made along the way have been an unimaginable gift, one that never stops giving. My gratitude goes on and on, as I move on, with gusto and grace. My new tag line, Go All The Way With Gusto & Grace, suits me well.
Letting go and moving on is never easy; even if you’re excited about the move. But, it is necessary if growth is your goal. And, it is mine. I will always be close by; just not so, In Your Face!
Walt Disney said it perfectly,  ” We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we are curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”
Please subscribe to Allison-Kaplan.com for the latest posts. I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Truly, Deeply, Always love,
Allison
