Monday Morning Moves For 10

Here is a guaranteed great start to your day
Get up! (count to 10)
Stand up! (slowly count to 10)
Reach Your Arms Up And STRETCH (count to 10)
Hang Over Your Legs (like a rag doll & count to 10)
Roll Back UP, REACH & STRETCH (count to 10)
Repeat numbers 3, 4 & 5, 10 more times!
Walk To The Bathroom & Drink a Glass of Water
Squat and Stand Over The Toilet (don’t sit yet!) 10x SLOWLY
Now, Sit…Inhale DEEPLY… Exhale completely 
Wheww… release, let go, and enjoy your day!
Ready for more energizing moves? 
Perform 10 of the following exercises 5-10 rounds depending on how much time you have in the morning. Of course, you can always save the second 5 rounds for later!  Get started early with this simply rockin workout 4-5 times this week!
1- 10 Sun Salutations
2- 10 Bicycle Crunches 10 sets
3- 10 Pushups on your toes
4- 10 More Pushups on your knees
5- 10 Jump Squats
6- 10 Plies
7- 10 Jumping Jacks
8- 10 Lunges on each leg (any way you want)
9- 10 rounds up and down the stairs (no hands on the rail!)
