Celebrate Your Strength With Beautiful Inspiration: Debt-Forgiveness

You don’t need to be a lover of Kundalini yoga or any other style of yoga, a religious zealot or super spiritual seeker to appreciate the depth and beauty of  Ramdesh’s thought provoking inspirations. Ramdesh offers daily inspirations on Spirit Voyage.com to inspire and motivate those who are participating in the 40 Day Global Sadhana to “keep up.”  Yes, I’m a proud, declared follower of the “Expand Your Intuition” movement. Me; follower, soldier, worker bee? Breathe deeply. I’m still your dependable cheer-leader, always leading my own journey. But it’s cool, interesting and energizing to be a part of something like this. Perhaps I’m growing up, evolving, maturing on this continuum of  life. Whatever it is, it’s happening and I’m happy!  Join me. Join Karma Yoga in Bloomfield for strength and healing vibes.  The following inspirations from Ramdesh, are special.

Day 23 & 24  Expand Your Intuition

“The quieter you become, the more you hear,” said Ram Dass.

The purpose of settling into meditation is to quiet the mind and open us to the wisdom of our intuitive nature. The less we’re filling the space, the easier it becomes to hear what fills the Space.

Today, relax into the quietness of your own heart. Ease into the gentleness of the silence. Listen to the sounds of the Universe sing you the One Song. Listen with the ears of your soul. Let the stillness be the song you sing, and the quiet be the symphony you play.

“One of the greatest spiritual acts of love is to walk away from recrimination and remorse and to accept, in its place, love and your own self-worth,” said Meredith Young-Sowers.

I was so inspired by Jai-Jagdeesh’s message today, I decided to share this quote on releasing our own self-judgement and replacing it with self-love.

We all deserve this. None of us have walked on this earth without harming anyone, either in word or deed. None of us have led perfect lives, and all our imperfections have created a karmic debt. Our thoughts are things that create a vibrational pattern of energy which must be returned to us….unless we can transcend this cycle with the power of love.

I call for a debt-forgiveness program for all mankind. Rather than walk in the debt of a thousand regrets, let us release the vibrations that no longer serve us. Let us release ourselves from what we have done and forgive others for what they have done to us. I want to be free. I want to be whole. I want to be happy. And I want you to be, too.

Say it with me:

Today I release self-judgement. I release pain and hurt, and I walk into the warm embrace of self-love. Today I accept and respect my own light. I feel my own grace, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that I am Love made manifest. I am not perfect, but I am Perfection, just the way that I am.

“Keep up and you will be kept up.” ~Yogi Bhajan

  1. Dearest Allison; this couldn’t have come at a more significant moment! Thank you; I need to keep this in mind constantly. I have been so outwardly focused for the past five months or so, obligatory things and pleasing others like the MAD HATTER; I have lost the inner focus; the inner strength, as Leo would say: ‘conscious objectivity.’ I need these healing mantras and those of Brenda’s. Hugs and love to you!
