21 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 21 – 20-Minute Evening Sequence

Congrats! You’ve made it to the last day of our 21 Day Yoga Challenge. How are you feeling? We are so proud of you! If you’ve stuck with it, we hope by now you love your daily yoga practice and plan to continue practicing yoga for your health. To end your wonderful challenge (and hopefully the start of a yoga journey for life), we give you a gentle evening sequence that lets you unwind with a floor practice.
