Do you regularly feel tension in your shoulders, neck, back and more? We all seem to carry our tension in these areas, especially if you work at a job that requires you to stare at a computer for most of the day. We forget about posture, we sleep all different ways, and then we hurt. Today’s 30 minute practice in our 21 Day Yoga Challenge is designed to release tension using side bends. Hopefully you will feel better after you take this time for yourself to unwind, relax, and release all of that tension and stress! Remember…tomorrow is the last day for our 21 Day Yoga Challenge!
