21 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 19 30-Minute Peak Pose Sequence Wheel Pose

Today we are bringing you another 30 minute practice focusing on a certain pose: today is the wheel pose. If you’ve never heard of the wheel pose, don’t worry! Try your best! If you can’t do it on your first try, simply go back into bridge pose and relax for a moment. Keep trying this pose until you master it. Practice makes perfect – but remember, yoga isn’t about doing anything perfect either! Just relax, enjoy learning something new, and be proud of yourself on this wonderful 21 Day Yoga Journey.
