Today’s yoga challenge in our 21 Day Yoga Challenge is designed to align and refine your backbends through this series of standing and floor poses. If, like Lauren, the word backbends might scare you, challenge yourself today and remember to only do what your body is able to do. Don’t push yourself to the point where you may hurt yourself. Listen to your breath and your body and work towards the pose.
