21 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 5 – 30-Minute Peak Pose Sequence Hanumanasana

Today is day 5 of our 21 Day Yoga Challenge from Yoga Journal. We bring you another 30 minute practice and today is a bit of a challenge! Select a time when you feel you are at your best – it could be in the morning, afternoon, or night, whenever you have the time and focus to really engage in your yoga for the day. You will get low and open today – don’t worry if you can’t do the poses perfectly as shown in the video. Focus on trying your best – yoga isn’t a competition or a bragging contest. It is all about you…what you can do, what you will do, and doing what is best for your body.
