We hope you are enjoying the start of the 21 Day Yoga Challenge. Here are some tips to make sure you keep your practice going: if you do yoga at home, set your yoga mat right beside your bed so you don’t forget. If you do yoga in a studio, schedule your classes like you schedule work meetings. Both of these reminders enable the “guilt complex” – if you keep seeing your reminders, you will feel guilty if you skip! Today we bring you a 20-minute core focus – work on those abs and focus for a great and quick workout.
