21 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 2 – 15 Minute Morning Sequence

Yesterday we started our Get Back on the Mat: 21 Day Yoga Challenge with a fun 45 minute yoga flow. Today is a little bit shorter for your hectic schedule. We are bringing you a 15 minute morning sequence. Wake up only 15 minutes earlier to take the time to practice some yoga to calm yet awaken your body and mind for another busy day!
