  • Research supports at least 3-l/2 hours each week of some kind of aerobic exercise with some weight training to benefit bone, heart, immune support and joint strength.
  • Taking Vitamin D daily (2,000 i.u.), eating whole fresh organic foods, drinking a lot of water and minimizing your exposure to environmental toxins and cleaning products.
  • Taking in essential fatty acids (Omega 3′s), Probiotics, B Vitamins, Calcium and antioxidants daily.

  • For Help With Anxiety or Depression:

Evaluate how to stabilize your relationships or other personal problems by enlisting the help of a professional counselor or special friend;

  • For mild or moderate depression you can try St. John’s Wort, Tryptophan and SAMe to improve seratonin; regular daily heart-rate boosting exercise is as helpful as medicines.
  • For Menopause Symptoms: Black Cohosh is still the number 1 leading compound for these symptoms for hot flashes and mood swings.  A combination of St. John’s Wort and Black Cohosh are more helpful than just Black Cohosh alone.  Seek the advice of a health professional for dosing directions.
