In truth, refined carbohydrate dependency (otherwise known as sugar addiction) plays a huge role in this perpetual cycle of dieting, sacrifice, weight gain, and even depression. The fundamental reasons aren’t related to will-power, that’s right, it is not your fault. There is a biochemical basis, due to imbalanced hormones and neurotransmitters, and there are natural lifestyle and dietary practices that can correct them for you! Imagine eating only when you are hungry, getting rid of cravings, and finally losing weight!

Instructor Kelly Genzlinger, CNC, CMTA, is a Certified Nutritional Consultant and author of ‘Sugar…Stop the Addiction.’
