Positive communication with others is one of the most important things you can master to have amazing relationships with yourself and others. Growth as a person will come when you learn to communicate effectively and become a kind and positive beautiful person you were always meant to be!

Learn the art of positive communication.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

-Victor Frankl

Picture a ladder where written on the top rungs are the words: listen, understand, validate, love. On the bottom are the words: judge, blame, criticize, accuse. The top of the ladder represents ways of communicating that enhance your relationships. The words on the bottom rungs destroy them. Practice speaking to others from the top rungs of the ladder. It may take some practice but you will witness amazing changes in your relationships.
