Turkey Meat Loaf-Lean ground turkey with sautéed onions and peppers and topped with ketchup, served with mashed potatoes and green beans – $15    Mac and Cheese, four cheeses and imported pasta topped with golden Panko crumbs -$11 single portion, $40 for half pan    Fusilli with Beef Ragu-Delicious beef and pancetta ragu over imported pasta, with rapini – $14    Rick’s Burrito-Flour tortilla filled with shredded short ribs, ranchero sauce and black beans. Comes with Mexico City corn and Spanish rice -$15     Pan braised chicken leg with natural jus, butternut squash risotto cake and rapini -$15 (lf)     Roasted Salmon over white beans, sweet corn, kale, sweet potatoes and broth – $15 (lf-df)    Emily’s green salad with dried cherries, croutons and Ricotta Salata cheese – $6 (v)   Minestrone soup-pasta, peas, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes and bortolotti beans —$5 cup & $12 qt.
