Ann Arbor DBT Center- The center provides individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), for Substance Abusers, and Eating Disorders. Specialized programs for addiction, adolescent and family treatment, and eating disorder treatment are available. Group Sessions range from 8-10 weeks and focus on skill building. A Voice in Recovery- A voice in Recovery is an on-line eating disorder support group for those in recovery and their loved ones. Caps of the University of Michigan- The Counseling and Psychological Services offers Individual, group and couples counseling options to undergraduates and graduate students currently enrolled at the University of Michigan. Caps offers a diverse staff that are readily available to students for crisis walk-in appointments or scheduled appointment. Eating disorders Anonymous- This free support group is offered to individual’s suffering from an eating disorder or their friends and family. The General Service Board is made up of patient representatives and volunteers. Eastwood Clinics- The clinic provides inpatient and outpatient care for a addiction, eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and PTSD. These programs are offered to men women and children and clinics are located throughout Metro Detroit. http://www.stjohnprovidence.org/eastwoodclinics/

EDEN - Peer Support Program is based on Prochaska’s Trantheoretical Behavioral Change Model. Patients in recovery help participants assess where they are in the five stages of change and then create a plan and support their progression through the stages toward recovery. http://www.edenclub.org

In Process Counseling Center in Troy- The center offers an outpatient structured group recovery programs for men and women with eating disorders, run by a social worker. Reconnect with Food® at Inner Door Center in Royal Oak- the center offers a partial hospitalization (day treatment), intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, including weekly support groups, for individuals suffer from eating disorders and related addictions, along with co-occurring disorders. The center offers a yoga-based model integrated with traditional treatment. Rogers Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin- The hospital consists of four separate locations that provide inpatient care for men women and children with eating disorders, addiction, and co-occurring anxiety disorders. Rogers Memorial provides a males-specific residential program as well as a family and friends program allowing loved ones to be included in the recovery process. Selah House in Indiana- Selah house is an inpatient mental health institution that provides a professional eating disorder treatment program for women across the US and Canada suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and eating disorder NOS. Selah House is a Christian-based facility; however women of all faiths are welcomed and have noted a feeling of acceptance. The center is located on a 63-acre estate surrounded by picturesque scenery such as rolling hills, woods, and the White River. The estate offers numerous riding and walking trail for patients to utilize for reflective and healing purposes. The Center for Balanced Living, Worthington, Ohio - This is a hospital-affiliated partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient program for eating disorders. Its campus is on the grounds of the Ohio State University Medical Campus. The center also offers support groups. http://centerforeatingdisorders.org

The Center for Eating Disorders in Ann Arbor —The center offers outpatient treatment, education, support, and referral services to any age group with eating, weight, and body image disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, compulsive eating/binge eating disorder and related issues. http://www.center4ed.org/

Timberline Knolls in Illinois- The center is a residential treatment center for women and girls with eating disorders, addiction, and mood or anxiety disorders. The program also includes family counseling so that the family dynamic can be included in the recovery process. The campus is set on 43 wooded acres ideal for inspiring creativity and healing in patients while providing privacy and security. Timberline Knolls is also located about 30 minutes from Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway Airport providing easy travel to the center and making visits and counseling with family and friends more accessible.
