Summery Lemon Dill Tuna Salad

Too warm to cook? Try this for a light and cool lunch!

1 can (4.5 oz.) StarKist Gourmet Choice®, Yellowfin Marinated Tuna Fillet in Olive Oil, Lemon Dill

1 stalk celery, chopped

2 Tbsp. onions, chopped

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup feta cheese

2 tomatoes, halved and sliced in wedges (but not cut though)

Place first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place tomato half on a lettuce lined plate and spread out the wedges to form a blossom.

Place a scoop of tuna on each tomato half.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4

If you don’t have Lemon Dill Tuna, substitute 1 can (4.5 oz.) StarKist Gourmet Choice® Solid Light Tuna Fillet in Olive Oil, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp dried dill.

The salad recipe works nicely as an appetizer also. Slice the top off cherry tomatoes and scoop out the interior. Fill the cherry tomatoes with the tuna salad.

You can serve the tuna mixture on a bed of lettuce for another refreshing summer salad!
