Over a week after the devastation of the earthquake in Haiti and the continued aftershocks that have furthered the destruction, over two million Haitians are left in desperate need of food, medical supplies and shelter.  The death toll is as of yet uncounted and unimaginable. The amount of lives lost is expected to be in the hundreds of thousands. Burials for the dead are forgone; no one can find or identify the bodies of missing let alone have access to the funds and materials necessary for a burial. Instead the corpses of citizens and loved ones are being tossed into mass burials, not out of apathy, but because there is no other option.  Victims are still trapped beneath the rubble without food, water or a means of escape. Machines to lift the debris are scare.  Fears of widespread disease to decay and disease are growing  Access to operating phones in other countries of the world is a near impossibility.  There is currently little to no government leadership controlling the distribution of food, supplies or organization. The most prominent forms of leadership are coming from other countries donating their contributions of relief.
