Gargle Swish and Spit!

This works!  Go to the store and stock up on dixie cups and the worst tasting mouth washes you can find. Try a few! Stock up on the one you would most likely use to poison someone with. When you get that urge to binge, eat something you know you’ll feel awful about later, or want to grab a smoke – start gargling and swishing with the mouth wash. Repeat until you have gargled, swished and spit 3 times. I am not kidding. Try it! You will kill tons of bacteria in your mouth and throat and protect yourself from the horror of possibly 500-3,000 unnecessary calories. You will feel happy and in control of yourself!
