Black Bean Chili

2 cups onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 tsp cumin
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 orange rind (peel orange, chop rind in mini processor)
1/4 cup OJ
3 cans black beans
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
In stockpot, saute onion and garlic until softened, add spices.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until heated through.
Add dash Tabasco to taste, if desired.
