Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped parsely
2 cups instant oatmeal
dash Tabasco sauce

Process all ingredients except oatmeal, put into bowl.
Stir in the oatmeal. Refrigerate for a few hours, shape into patties.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.

You can broil at the end for a minute if desired.
