Feeling a little lonely?

Often, as multi-tasking women, we get so caught up in the mayhem of our daily grind that we feel lonely and isolated from the world. STOP! Allow yourself to feel this feeling! Ask yourself this…What do I need? What do I want? Could it simply be a dose of intimacy? Try calling a favorite girlfriend…..meet for coffee or tea. Take a leisurely walk together. This is exactly what I do to beat the lonelies! And it works! Humans, especially the female type, deeply crave intimacy and a connection with others. There have been many studies that show loneliness and isolation can be directly related to depression and other illnesses.
