Sit down in your bathtub, fully clothed or not. Now, get yourself up and out of the tub. Be sure to stand up tall. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times 3 days a week. To challenge yourself further, try this crazy but effective strengthening exercise without holding on to the side of the bathtub. This exercise will strengthen your butt, legs and abdominal muscles as well as improve your balance and flexibility. Move mindfully while performing this exercising. Inhale as you get up and exhale as you sit down.
